A special treat for Nana's 75th birthday! A real WOW factor in this beautiful house as we walked in. Even exceeded our expectations. Absolutely everything we needed. The games room was amazing and wonderful panoramic views from all windows. Hot tub was lovely and warm. Thank you so much for a spectacular time.

WOW. All the obvious effort that has gone into making guests comfortable has certainly been rewarded. It felt like we were the first ever guests. We loved everything about Beach House 45.

Celebrating a 60th family birthday, three generations, nine of us. We have so enjoyed staying in this beautiful house, and all the surroundings. Blessed with amazing weather and the display of aurora borealis was the icing on the birthday cake! You've thought of everything to make staying here so very special. The hot tub and pool table were well used. Thank you for making our special occasion so memorable.

Beach House 45 came up to expectations for all 4 generations of our family to celebrate 'Grandpops, Dad, husband's' 70th Big birthday! House was beautifully clean and functional for our stay. And what can we say about the location? Stunning! All of us didn't want our long weekend to end.

We came to Beach House 45 as a family to celebrate the end of our Dad's cancer treatment and it was just the best wholesome family weekend. The place has everything we could possibly want and more, blankets to stay warm, towel hooks by the hot tub and an amazing homemade cake! It's just a lovely place to getaway and make memories with your family.

Thank you for providing the perfect home for our family weekend over the bank holiday. All 6 adults and 3 children (7yr,4yr & 4yr) found plenty to do and enjoyed the space and entertainment provided! The bar billiards and table football were popular with the boys and dads and all adults made very good use of the bar! The weather was especially kind for a sunny day on West Wittering beach and a windy walk to the fun fair was a treat for our boys. Many thanks for the thought and consideration, which made our time together so pleasurable.

Our third visit to the beautiful beach house and again the most wonderful weekend. Everything you could ask for and more. Great nights in, fabulous local restaurants, long walks, hot tub. We laughed, spent quality time and relaxed. We have booked again for next year already!
